Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

AuditReadyHub is operated by Energies Talents FZC ("we", "us", "our"). By using auditreadyhub.com or purchasing our products, you are contracting with Energies Talents FZC. You can contact us at hello@auditreadyhub.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation (if buying on behalf of one) or are of legal age (if buying as an individual).

3. The products

We sell editable ISO management-system templates and related digital resources. Templates are working documents that support implementation; they do not guarantee certification, which requires an independent audit by an accredited certification body.

4. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our payment processor Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, billing, sales tax, and invoicing on our behalf. Subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Stripe's Consumer Terms. Our refund policy describes how to request a refund.

5. Licence

On payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased templates within a single organisation. You may edit, customise, and use them for your internal operations.

6. Restrictions and acceptable use

You must not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share the templates
  • Use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam
  • Infringe any intellectual property or other rights
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site (e.g. malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits)
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials beyond the supplied files

If you are a consultant intending to use these templates with multiple clients, a separate consultant licence is required. Contact us for details.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

8. Intellectual property

All content, structure and design of the templates remain the intellectual property of Energies Talents FZC. Your customisations of the content remain your property.

9. Service availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any product, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your licence to use the templates ends, but copies already downloaded and customised by you may be retained for your internal records.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or products, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seat of Energies Talents FZC. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
