This privacy notice explains how Energies Talents FZC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as AuditReadyHub, collects and uses your personal data when you use auditreadyhub.com (the "Site") and our products.
Who we are (controller)

Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider (see below) and are not stored on our servers.

- Security, fraud prevention and service integrity — our legitimate interest in protecting the Site and our users.

Who we share your data with
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Stripe, Inc. (our payment processor) — Stripe handles checkout, payment processing, billing, sales tax, invoicing, subscription management, and refund handling on our behalf. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Hosting, email delivery, and analytics service providers acting as our processors under written agreements.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where we are required to disclose data by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers (including Stripe) may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Data retention
- Account data: for as long as your account is active.
- Order and invoicing records: typically up to 7 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or after a prolonged period of inactivity.
- Support correspondence: up to 3 years after the last interaction.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
